The included clipping is from a Toronto Star article, B'nai B'rith Women Celebrate 50th Year, about B'nai B'rith's 50th anniversary and annual donor dinner.
"Each of the women present at the dinner raised at least $20 of B'nai B'rith estimated $50,000 fund-raising efforts for 1958. More than $25,000 was represented in the yearbook, Culinary Capers, chock full of interesting Jewish recipes. Mrs. David Ruby, chairman of the yearbook committee, presented awards to top fund raisers Mrs. Norman Burns, who totalled $1,640 and Mrs. Philip Bloom, with $1,130."
