The second edition of Sara's Kitchen is dedicated to the memory of Sara Ciacci (1924-2024). Sara herself released the first edition of Sara's Kitchen in 2015 with all money raised going to the Vancouver Jewish Food Bank (now the JFS Grocery Program).
Includes some vegan and vegetarian versions of traditional recipes, such as vegan challah.
