The included clipping is from a larger article, New Hadassah cookbook strictly continental, by Sheila Dropkin published in the Canadian Jewish News.
"The book evolved from the success of the display and sale of food at the annual Hadassah-WIZO bazaar, now in its 22nd year in Edmonton. Once the idea was accepted, the members joined forces with publicher Mel Hurtig who, in turn, engaged Sara Waxman to participate.
As she discussed the venture over a salad lunch in Hazelton Lanes, Waxman added that, as a life member of Hadassah-Wizo, she was delighted to help the organization and her 'sisters'."
The article features many quotes about the book from an interview with Sara Waxman. Waxman is a cookbook author, food writer, and current editor-in-chief of DINE magazine.
